Wonder if anyone can help me with this...
Just played my 1st US Casino (Im from the UK) won a bit & cashed in. I have now received an e-mail from 'Proc-Cyber services asking me how I want to receive my winnings. I phoned them & stated I placed my deposit by Netteller (I have a US $ Netteller A/c) so could they pay my winnings back into Netteller. They said they would try to do this but I should also select the option to receive the proceeds by US cheque if they were unable to do this ![]() This confuses me as the whole idea of me opening a Netteller A/c was so I would not get ripped off by the British Banks when depositing US cheques. Surely a deposit to Netteller should not cause any problems? The amount was only for $200. |

ProcCyber would have trouble opening a folding chair.
They are, by far, the most incompetent processor in the industry. Some of the "reasoning & excuses" they have given people owed money, is absolutely "mind boggling". ProcCyber has successfully reached a level of incompetence previously thought to be unattainable. ![]() Smartie, keep us posted on this, and how it turns out, OK? |

Turned out fine in the end.
Sent them an an e-mail asking to place the lot in Neteller, they replied saying that they would try to do this, but if they could not place all of it via Neteller, they would send the rest by cheque. Got an e-mail today saying the whole lot had been deposited to neteller & would be there in a day or two. Just checked & it's there already ![]() Rather muddled initial contact with proc-cyber,& why they have not got a simple Neteller payment option when they send you the initial ' you have cash' e-mail beats me but credit where credit is due they paid out very fast, im impressed ![]() [This message has been edited by Smartie (edited 06-05-2003).] [This message has been edited by Smartie (edited 06-05-2003).] |

Glad to see that you got your money in a timely fashion.
ProcCyber, although incompetent, IS an honest company. They just make things so difficult. Too bad, because if they could ever "get it right", they could be one of the best. |
