To All,
I am the RealTime Gaming marketing manager. In an effort to resolve some of the issues related to both our software and our company's policies, I will be available in this forum to answer questions on an ongoing basis. I will attempt to respond to a few posts each day, so I ask that you please be patient as I do not have unlimited time to devote to this activity. That being said, feel free to begin. Warm Regards, RTGPR |

Interested in background info. Why have you stepped in now, rather than earlier when there would have been continuity from Mr Staw's time of disappearance? Are you a new appointee?

vickinz, yes I am the new point of contact. I came on board with the company in February of this year. At that time Michael felt obligated to make himself available in this forum, however, given his many other responsibilities, it was not feasible for him to continue indefinitely. I have re-opened this line of communication on his request, now that I have had sufficient time to familiarize myself with the Company's software, policies, and licensees. However, I may not be as familiar with some the common users of this forum, so forgive me if I do not readily know each persons background and experiences. I do have access to disputes@realtimegaming, our licensees, and Michael's consultation for some of the more complicated issues that may be brought up. So feel free to ask the difficult questions, and I will do my best to answer them.

Wow, I'm impressed that they've sent someone in, and you're a brave soul, whoever you are!!
These people are TOUGH!As an affiliate, I've had my differences with some of the RTG casinos, but they remain my favorite software, and I still do business with the reputable operators. I sincerely hope you can get some things accomplished here!! ------------------ SlyCin56 Video Poker Junkie.com Gambling Portal Webmasters Association |

RTGPR,
Ruby Dragon locked my account and owes me $100 from a Feb 13 payout. I wrote to RTG disputes buy never heard back from them. Apparently I'm not the only one Ruby Dragon/Extreme has locked out and refused to pay. What is RTG going to do about licensees like them? |

Aero1, as you probably know, casinos cheating affiliates is an ongoing issue that is not specific to just some of our casinos. I do not know the details of your experience, or whether or not certain casinos are being fair in their affiliate dealings, but I can't deny that it happens.
There are multiple ways that a casino can cheat an affiliate and it has nothing to do with the software they are using. My suggestion to you is that if you feel that you are being cheated, try another casino, there are many that are completely honest and would love for you to participate. Don't send too much of your traffic to any casino until you are compfortable that they are indeed fair in their dealings with you. We are attempting to address this issue further by creating an audited program that includes dispute resolution. This likely will not include all RTG casinos for various reasons. It should be available in the coming months through the casinoauthority.com. Also, you may wish to attend the Casino Affiliate Conference in Vancouver Sept. 25-27. As I understand, they will be attempting to form a new affiliate watchdog organization. Please file a claim at players.realtimegaming.com and I will try to get some info on what has happened, but I can not guarantee anything. |
