I am looking at getting into the Casino Website business and would like to know a few things.

1. Software - What type of software do i need to set up my own website, can anyone recommend a software for this, and if so what should my budget be?

2. If the player gambles on the website directly and if so , Do we have to cover out of our own pocket if someone wins?

3. Do we need a licence to run a casino site becuase it's allegal in some countries right?

4. Also where should the server be hosted, to avoid legal issues, and do need to set up a offshore company and what merchant do we use to accept payments?
