Microgaming (Bet Direct): autoplay is not following the strategy chart

I set up autoplay on Vegas single deck BJ at Bet Direct. I watched it for a while. I was dealt soft 13 v. 6. Correct strategy is to double. The software did not double, but hit.

The two screenshots show the final hand and the autoplay strategy chart, which you can clearly see lists the hand as a double.

Excalating issues with their licensees, and now the software is malfunctioning. What the hell is happening to Microgaming?

I haven't contacted BetDirect about this, but I will be so doing later today.
