Please note the dates and do not send your claims too early.
NEWS FLASH: MICROGAMING ANNOUNCEMENT Microgaming announces that the licence for the operation of the group of casinos owned by Tropika, and notably Fairplay Casino, has been terminated with immediate effect. This termination does not affect Golden Riveira casino. Microgaming is aware that for some time there have been player allegations that pay outs to players have not been made by Tropika casinos. In the interests of fairness, arrangements have been made for players that have still not had their claims paid by Tropika, or the relevant Tropika casino, by the 5th of July 2001, to put their claims to PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (Johannesburg) (PwC). PwC will receive player's complaints with a view to verifying the correctness thereof, and advising of any amounts that should be paid. This process is entirely under the control of PwC, and Microgaming will not be involved in any way. The funds to be used for such payouts have been placed by Microgaming in a trust and are not under the control or ownership of Microgaming. PwC will advise the trustees of any amounts that should be paid. All players who believe that they have a valid claim should approach PwC from the 6th of July 2001 at the e-mail address given below. Players should note that a time limit has been placed on the lodgement of such claims, and all claims should be lodged by the 6th of August 2001. Claims must be addressed to: trustadmin@pwcgaming.co.za. These claims should clearly state the claimant’s full name and login-id as registered at the casinos involved. |

I am thoroughly impressed!!!
Microgamming is doing the right thing. Hats off to Microgamming. First class. What does Microgamming understand that RTG does not???????????????????????? Wake up RTG. In the abscence of standards of conduct set by RTG/Safebet, Tony Friedman becomes their de facto PR man. And must be doing a bit of training in skullduggery techniques to some of the RTG sister casinos as well. More lockouts and unpaid players at RTG casinos. Great job OPA. |

The Vegas Strip debacle has set a new record for OPA complaints--over 100.
Combine that with the windows/Oasis/OCMA/Beejack21 scam, and ReaTime Gaming is starting to look pretty sad. |

Hi Mary
Was it you who posted the great Tropika/Microgaming-info on a danish board earlier today? I'm sorry I have to ask, but since members/users don't register at the particular site, there isn't much control of it. Regards Tortex |

I know that Windows Casino has come off many of the board members play lists. But when the GPWA - http://www.gpwa.net - contacted RTG casinos about the recent reduction of VP paytables, Windows was the first to reply.
They also acted on our recommendations and now have full pay JorB & deuces wild. They also have other full pay VP that have over 100% payback. This is not spam for Windows casino or an endorsment by the GPWA - I just thought I'd let you all know it appears that Windows are trying their best to reconcile with the players & affiliates. |

Yes, some of the 25 cent version games over there offer 100%+ payback, but not the 50 cent and up games as far as I can tell. Not that I play Windows anymore.....

Some of the 50c games also pay full (eg. loose deuces at 100.9695%) - Putting $5 games at over 100% is asking for trouble

Let's not set off fireworks just yet on the Micrograming/Tropika issue, let's wait and see whether or not players get paid. However, this is a giant step in the right direction.

Yes, Tortex, that was me. I could see that Danes had been playing at Fairplay.
