Exclamation World Wide Vegas' decision to run themselves down

This Casino has been in operation for a few years already but its manager Andrew has chosen to run WorldWideVegas down now.
I have been a pleased player with them for a several months and was always paid my winnings until they decided to not pay me anymore as I had "won too much" with them before, and that I was a "bonus abuser".

They firstly advertised for their promotion, then let me make my deposit and voided my withdrawal when they saw me winning. World Wide Vegas could have easily locked my account previously but decided to get my deposit in first to then proceed with their tactic.
I have obeyed each and every single of their terms and what they are attempting now is simply gross and wrong.
The Casino is also denying to send me my most recent "support ticket", where I had tried to resolve this issue with them.
Unfortunately I did not get a copy of it and can not access it any longer as my account has been locked.

Had they truly NOT wanted me to play with them... This would NOT have happened!

Locking an account is fine... buit the player has to be paid any legit outstanding balances first.

ROGUE!!!

There have been complaints about this operator a few years ago already.
I decided to play with this Caisno after I saw them being advertised on another huge gambling-website. Unfortunately that website is no longer affiliating with them and thereby unable to offer me assistance anymore.

Adam, how do you explain the fact that your IP _perfectly_ matches that of Schankwart?

Or, to put it another way, Schankwart why does it appear that you have reregistered as AdamThePrince? You must know that that is a violation of our policies. And even if you didn't know that it still doesn't justify the subterfuge.

Well... Apparently it does not matter anymore so I may just explain it here now.
Some Casino operators learned my real name under "Schankwart", which has already brought me in trouble a few times.

I was not aware that Winner Online does not allow this, so my apologies for doing so.

Thank you for your candour - learning that established posters are using different "handles" without letting the members know can be quite unsettling.

I was not happy about having to do this either... but could not take the risk of losing my privacy with a few Casinos. I am still waiting to hear back from Max so we can discuss on what to do.

-Back to the original WorldWideVegas issue though... Has Parlay ever been able to help a player with a dispute?

If you would like to PM your player details I'd be glad to look into it for you.
