LOL Well I was a jock Swimmer & in my day it was fun.
I would love to see them all.
A few have passed & many got a divorce.

Do you really want to see the old flame from high school who once said, 'My love for you is dead'?

The online world is easily divided into two categories: 1) people who love the idea of getting together with everyone from their past and 2) um…me.

I was always like this. Before I lived online, I successfully avoided every high-school reunion. I turned a blind eye to the many invitations they sent, meant to flood me with thoughts of the good times I would have luxuriating among grayer, fatter versions of the same people who used to give me stomachaches when I passed them in the halls.

Believe it or not, there was once a time when you never had to see anyone from high school ever again.

I couldn't wait to graduate back in the day because, believe it or not, that was a fanciful, fairy-tale-like time when it was very easy for people to lose track of each other. Not only did Facebook change that, but it also seems to me that the precarious and unsettling reunions that Facebook enables may be partly responsible for the drop in the price of the company's stock.

The social networking world seems to exist to encourage the sharing of everything with everyone, every minute of every day. Step through that door and you're soon hosting a multimedia tour through a cuted-up, thumbnail-sized museum of your daily life. In no time, the pressure begins for you to share something personal, whether or not you have something to share. And the more you play along, the more daily life itself seems to be a mere ritual you endure in order to score sufficiently interesting things to post.

But once you have offered up some photos of a flaky golden-crusted chicken pot pie for the cast of hundreds of people from every phase of your life, does that mean you must also schedule a time to reunite with them all? How about if the proposed reunion involves a relationship that used to be intimate?
