You would think a place named "Blackjack Ballroom" would be a haven for blackjack players. I know we've all seen casinos that don't allow blackjack play towards wagering requirements on promos but to name your casino Blackjack Ballroom and then disallow blackjack towards promo terms just seems way wrong. I wish they would quit sending me spam email.

You sent me into a panic with your post. I had just played a $100 match at one of their sister casinos today. Although I played way more than either the previous 3x(deposit + bonus) or the new 5x requirement, it was all at blackjack. Golden Tiger, Virtual City and Strike It Lucky still show the old terms on their web sites and they do allow blackjack play. I was not able to find the terms at all on Zodiac Casino. These five casinos are all part of the same group, but apparently no longer have the same terms and conditions.

This group has been very reliable in the past, but I have to agree with you that not allowing blackjack at Blackjack Ballroom is very strange.

Heh, jepp... Logic and Internet casinos is not a golden combination.

I don´t know their terms now, but when Vegas Slot opened they gave an example with BJ of how wagers were calculated and then continuing by saying BJ was excluded...

No response? What do you mean? Never had a "no response" phone problem with an MG, to the best of my recollection.

They recently moved their support to Australia, so their phone numbers changed. Are you calling the new numbers? They did recently delay a payment to me for no particular reason. When I called about it the money was sent by PayPal the very next morning.

The phone never rang, voice mail never picked up, no one ever answered. Very odd.

I haven't 'heard' from them recently. Not even this week with "Dear xxx we have deposited in your Casino Rewards ..." nor "thanks for your deposit" or "you have cash coming".

However I received a deposit to PayPal this week after a 4 day wait.

This group has been around a long time so I'd be inclined to think it's a support rather than financial problem. Dann have you used the new numbers listed when you enter the casino?
