I always wonder how Rival can still exist. They always give me this answer:

Nikki: Welcome to Ruby Royal Casino Live Support. How may I assist you?
Me: I have signed up through Noluckneeded clicking the banner: 20 no deposit at Ruby Royal
Me: I cannot see this bonus on my account
Me: When will I get it?
Nikki: May I have your Login name and email address please?
Me: xxxxxxx
Me: xxxxxxx
Nikki: One moment please.
Nikki: I am sorry to inform you but the casino reserves the right to deny promotions to anyone, without disclosing the reason why.
Me: :)
Me: It is the funniest answer I heard from a casino support.
Me: I will deny my deposit from you then.
Me: However I can tell you the reason is such an answer :)
Me: Wohooo!
Me: I will save this conversation for showing others.
Me: It is cool:)
Me: Thank you for the info.
Me: Bye!

Unfortunately Rival have a very bizarre "Global Bonus Banning Policy".
(I call it bizarre because how do they EVER expect to win their money back from winning players if they drive them away by bonus-banning them? Madness!)

We (players) haven't worked out exactly what triggers it, but it seems that if you win too much or too frequently using bonuses at ANY Rival casino* you will get globally banned from receiving them across the whole network.
You will also get on their black-list if there is any suspicion of multiple accounts being created by one person or group.

If you contact the manager at an individual casino they do have the power to lift your ban at their casino, but not across the board.

* There are some Rivals who are not part of the "Global Network" and you may find you will still get bonuses there. Try Sloto'Cash or BetUS.
