I received a CD with a bonus offer from intercasino.co.uk. The only problem is that the enclosed letter had someone else username and account number on it. Presumably my username and account number was sent to someone else. The only good thing is that they did not print my password, like some dodgy RTG did once.

That's pretty sloppy from an otherwise excellent casino group.
Mind you, I expect they used an outside mailing agency for this, and it's probably their mistake.

Have you reported it to Intercasino?
