Gowild casino cold called me and refused to tell me where they got my number from. This is not cool.

Ive received numerous calls from different casinos and a lot of e-mails from othe casinos I didnt even know they existed, calling me with my real first and last name.....Some "sh....t " casino is selling out our info!!!
This is not cool at all.....

I dont see whats particularly wrong in that. You get calls from different marketing companies everyday anyway just this time their client is a casino

Gowild is based in Malta. In the EU there are data protection laws, which prohibit Gowild from using my personal information such as my phone number without my permission.

It's bad business to do this crap.
I hope you blasted that marketing company GM or was it the casino that made the call.
Most use some kind of marketing company to do the dirty work.

I suppose not too many casinos operate under EU laws lol, and when they first obtained your phone number there was probably a small box where you have to check if you didn't want your number to be used in marketing activities.lol

In that were true they should have no problem telling me where they got my information from.

There are also a bunch of RTG casinos that do the same thing. It is definitely an annoying practice.

once you decided to gamble online you dont expect your phone and address to be locked in a safe, just hang up the phone take it easy
