Hi,today I received an email saying that my cash-out of 1150$ has been confiscated.I made a cashout last week on the same casino and everything was alright,but for this cashout it says that I used a 'irregular way to play' ..the support said that I used to cover more than 80% at roulette things like that...I wont say the name of the casino,but I really feel like I lost all the money


I did not have any bonus and the email says:"..with specific reference to irregular play in order to meet the wagering requirements in effect on bonuses credited to an account."I just called them and the guy told me that the security departement will review the case..WTF

Are you 100% sure you didn't get a bonus?
I can't see why there would be any problems or why they would say that otherwise. :confused:

Some casinos give you automatic bonuses (like 10% or 15%) which can appear some time after your actual deposit. i.e. The bonus could be credited while you are actually playing & you might not notice.

The only way you will get any real help here is to name the casino!
Just naming them will not prejudice your case.

Probably most of them are just fraudsters who are pissed off they got caught and so come to the forum in the vein hope that someone will help them get their ill-gotten gains out of the casino... :(
