I've had various transactions showing up as "www.help4ezpay.com" on my statement. Any idea who they are? I think they are connected to cecglobal.com whoever they are.

I think they are refunds from Blast21.

Blast21 seems to show up as either cecbilling.com or help4EZpay.com.

That transaction is from EZPay, a deposit method that was "ok" for a while until CC companies starting denying their authorizations.
