Hi everyone,

I played at ukcasinoclub on Nov 2008, deposited 250 to finish with 6,050gbp
Nice win, right? I already started to celebrate but it turned out to be way too early…

I sent my documents few times, made few phone calls, sent several emails (to which they simply didn’t replay)

I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful they are to their customers. I played at their casino in good faith and each time I try and contact them, I got the impression that they are just sitting there and laughing at this poor woman who cannot collect her money.

I have wasted countless hours phoning and emailing them, only to be told that they were still 'dealing' with my case, that the department was not open to speak to, that the person I needed to talk to wasn't there etc. etc. I have never come across such appalling service.

I felt that they had left me with no other option so I filed a complaint with ecogra on Feb 10th, maybe then would help me…

After 6 weeks (god knows what took them so long) they sent me the following email which is a complete BS:

Dear Stephenie,

We have investigated your query with UK Casino Club and have made the following findings;

Your account has been linked to other accounts at the casino through identifiers.

We have reviewed these identifiers and are satisfied that the operator has acted according to their Terms and Conditions in locking your account at UK Casino Club. For security reasons we are not at liberty to disclose the nature of the identifiers.

Your deposit will be refunded to your NETeller account.

Bearing the above in mind I must inform you that we find your dispute to be invalid.

I know they don’t have any identifier, it’s all crap. The only identifier in work in this casino is the one that identifies big winners

The sad thing is that ecogra is taking the casino side without making any questions.

As far as I know no rules were broken, I did not share my PC with other players so there is not any reason to deny payment, as far as I am concerned.

The player does'nt get paid due to the casino proving to Ecogra there were identifiers with other players, but due to security reasons, the player cannot be told what those identifiers were, therefore cannot refute the accusation in any way.

It's not a great way to do things.

It strikes me as a bit kangaroo-court-ish.

It's not just a question of sharing your computer with other players, have you signed up more than one account with UKCasinoClub or any of their 17 sister casinos using someone else's name & details?
Be honest now - loads of people do this. :rolleyes:

I am also a newbie here. I have read most of the threads but it is quite urgent for me to jump in this topic - indulge me please.
1) I would like to ask if there is any problem having different usernames/mailboxes for practice play/real play at the same casino.
So one mailbox for fun play and another one for real play. Of course there are genuine data (name, address) for the real play account...

2) I have accounts with several casinos in the same family. The real accounts have all genuine data (name, address). Fun accounts have different data. Is that a problem?

- I am pleased to find several experienced players here. I've got 6 months of roulette experience online.

Hi Florin - welcome to the forum! :thumbsup:

I wouldn't worry at all - as long as your real play accounts have honest info you should be fine!
I have done the same thing many times & never had any issues.

You know when you sign-up to try somewhere out in 'fun mode' that if you give them your e-mail they're likely to start pestering you - so I have often given names like Mickey Mouse, and e-mails like MindYourOwn@Business.com (or ruder!).

A quick update, I filed a complaint with the casinomeister few weeks ago.

It doesn’t look too good, they are still in touch with the casino but I have the feeling the casino is not going to pay.
