some few months ago I registrated an account at Vip lounge casino.
(RTG software)
i received one of their bonuses (they offer wonderful bonuses... )
played and won 2510$. however i don't believe i will ever see my money.
for almost four months i m in contact with them in emails and live chat and each time they promise me that i will receive your money soon.
last time they used a new excuse... below is the transcript of the chat:

Brad: Hello
milanga: could you please check what has happened with my last withdrawal
Brad: Your approved withdrawal is due to be sent early next week.
Brad: We will email you once it is done
milanga: i keep getting this answear for almost half a year since i first asked for the withdrawal!
Brad: We're sorry but our active players have a higher payout priority
milanga: what!?!
milanga: how do you expect me to come back and play at your casino if i m not sure i will get my winnings?
Brad: Rest assured you will be paid what you won
Brad: We will contact you once it has been sent
milanga: sorry Brad, but i m not going to accept it
milanga: i want to know the exact date
Brad: Can't give you that I'm sorry

I sent another email to their manager but since he didn't response i must warn everybody to avoid this casino by all means and do not get tempted by their generous bonuses!
