Virgin casino sent out many e-mails that "Something better is coming". The "big" change is that now there is a single wallet, which is irrelevant for me as I only play at the casino. One thing that they forgot to mention is that bonus terms got much worse, for table games the average WR is 77xB, for blackjack 366xB. There are so many things that do not work and you cannot get through to support because everybody else is trying to get help. My recommendation is if you are planning to continue at Virgin, check the promo terms carefully, and in any case, wait a couple of weeks at least until they sort out their systems problems.
