I play at casino on net recently and when i try to request a cashout, there operation's department request me to sent my ID and bank statement which i have no problem at all. See here what is their reply:
Dear XX, I am Che F from the Operations Department at Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. Cassava Enterprises manages operational services for Casino On Net. I am contacting you with regards to your account with theusername LEGWAX. As your submitted documents have failed to pass our verification check your casino account shall remain permanently blocked. Our decision shallnot be reconsidered and due to the concerns raised no funds will be returned. We consider this matter closed. No further correspondence pertaining to this issue shall be entertained
I submitted my international passport and a bank's credit card statement which show my purchase with this casino but now, they are cheating on me!!! :mad:
I really wonder if the international passport and the credit card statement FAIL to meet their verification check, what other documents will fulfill their requirement...?? This is really the worst casino I ever found out in my entire life..!!! :confused:
What worst..?? Now their even refused to refund my own intial deposit of USD200... So, members, boycott this casino with immediate effect and let's other members know that CASINO ON NET is the BIGGEST CHEATER casino!!!
