This site is a scam!! I signed up for there $15 free promotion and turned that free 15 dollars into $1700. They refuse to pay my money. Costomer service has hung up on me several times and they have locked me out of my account. This site will not pay up, be ware. Costomer service is rude, no very rude. They would not let me talk to a manager, and told me I had to email the manager. 7 emails to the manager later and I have still recieved a response. This site owes me money and they dont want to pay it. Dont put any of your hard earned money into this site, its a scam and they will not pay. Youve been warned, I wish someone would have told me about this site before I played.

I will look into this for ya because Pantasia Casino is ok and pay the players.
I and some of the players I know never had a beef with them for not paying.
Must be for some odd reason for them not to pay you.
We will get to the bottom of this one.

I think its 5 x 15$ - perhaps thats why.

Here is a note I got today.
Hi Tom,
There was an issue with this account being very abusive to the support staff almost to the point of threatening. This type of abuse is not tolerated. He became angry when he was informed that play on free play bonus does not accumulate comp points.
Unfortunately we had to close the account due this abuse and he was not willing to agree to the terms.
The funds were removed when account was banned. There was only around $200.

Here is a note I got today.
I was not abusive, not in the least bit, I have all of the transcripts saved to prove it. I know i can only cash out 150 total but they refuse to give me my money. I think its funny that managment responds to you but has yet to respond to me. Im not at home right now, when I get back I will post the transcrips and emails. I never once threatend.

This is the second case in a very short time where apparently legitimate winnings have be denied due to the players 'abusive or threatening' words to a Rival casino.

Now I'm not saying the casinos are right to do this, and I totally understand players rage if they think they are being ripped-off (been there, got the T-shirt!), but being rude or threatening is the absolute last thing you should do if you want to get paid without hassle.
If anyone reading this has a problem like this with a Rival casino, and you can't get it resolved by being courteous & polite with their CS, come to the forums at that point & explain your problem in a reasoned way with no bad-mouthing of the casino and you stand a much better chance of getting someone like me or BingoT to help sort the issue before it goes past the point of no return. :thumbsup:

I have played on Pantasia for a while, and had no issue with the payments. I didn't won too much either. But as far as know they are one of the few serious casinos outhere.
You should keep trying to get your money back. I really like what BingoT is doing to help you out.

Or maybe they sent Papajoe a note too because Papajoe has not said any thing more on this here.Because if it was me I would be posting up a storm on this until it was fixed.
Pantasia is a good group and they do payout that's due to the player.
and I too had no issue with the payments by them.

I do not feel it is appropriate for me to post a response in the thread. Following the email responses from support and the way this player treated our live support staff I know that no good will come of me posting there.
As Ive said before, you never see complaints of non-payment at our casino. We were not looking for an excuse to not pay this player a relatively very small amount. He would not agree to the terms and was very uncooperative.

Same here.
Since most Rival casinos accounts are handled by Pantasia, it seems obvious to me the they are very close to, if not run by Rival themselves.
There have never been any 100% confirmed rogue issues related to ANY of the 18 Rival casinos that I know of.
As far as I'm concerned Rival = Safe casino.
The only bad point is their crap follow-on bonuses after their initial generally good sign-up bonuses; I will keep on & on at them about this until I die or they see the error of their ways...! :rolleyes:
