hello all, am happy to of joined the forum :D hopefully il be doing a lot of posting..
1st post and its a rant... at how hopeless "stanley circus casino" is.. another poor playtech
i read a lot of decent things about them and thought "what the heck, il give them a go"
after making a deposit of $20 and $25 i was down to just 20 cents, after a long 5 hours with that 20 cents i managed to build up my balance to $88 mainly on the 9 reel 1c a line slot.
i cashed out, the following day i had an email to say it had been approved.
i waited about 8 days and guess what? the money hadnt shown up in my bank... i emailed them and they said that my request had been fully processed and it might take up to 5 working days to show up in my bank... i knew it had been at least 5 working days since my withdrawl was approved so i emailed them back...
a few more days passed...no reply from them...
so i decided to check my account... as soon as i logged in i was told i had been credited a bonus of $111.70... an odd amount... and i had noticed that my original withdraw of $88 had been put back in my acount.. in fury i checked my tranaction history...the relevant figures are shown below

2009-01-15 17:47:42 Deposit (BONUS) - $111.70 Approved

I mean whats up with that? it was declined and then approved instatly after on the same date, then that odd bonus came up and it was declined..
the bonus does not show up in my account balance at all, i hadnt played on the casino since around the 5th (the day i made the withdraw) so that bonus couldnt of come from me meeting some requirement with my real cash,
i dont think it would of been declined because i hadnt met a bonus wagering requirement because as far as i was aware i wasnt playing with bonus money..
on the main page it says about 100% bonus on 1st deposit, with a 25x playthough that would be $20 1st deposit, $20 signup bonus and i would need to of wagered $1000 to claim it, i have wagered over $1500... so surely it cant be that?
