View Thread : Eurocasinobet does not pay and lies about payment
Adele5
After having been a customer at eurocasinobet a long time, picking up some losses and wins I happen to win a pretty sum. I did get my smaller withdrawals, so I thought everything would be ok. It wasn't.
A long time ago when I made my first withdrawal I sent them my ID and they sent my withdrawal. On my last bigger winthey started a hassle and asked for another one. And then once I had sent that one they needed an utility bill, and another one after that. Half of my e-mails came back unanswered, and I was systematically ignored and told that my payment would be sent "today" and "next week" and "as soon as you can do this and this".
I finally understand that they don't want to pay.
I warn other people that don't try to go for that big win at Eurocasinobet. Smalelr sums they might pay. They might steal your winnings or give you a lot of excuses and requests or ignore you. If you have any questions please let me know.

Welcome to the forum!
I'm sorry to hear of your problems. I'd never heard of this casino before, but my first guess was NetEntertainment software - and I was right! Their casinos are not generally known for rogue behaviour, so this is quite worrying.
Once you think you have got as far as you can on your own and they are still not playing fair, I suggest you go to Casinomeister.com and Pitch a Bitch (10th item in the left-side menu). They should be able to help you get this resolved.
I hope it all turns out OK for you.

Here is a note I got from them.
Dear friend,
Thanks for your attention. It is absolutely obscured and I'm very amazed with this.
There is only one reason, when we can not pay payment in a short time - when there is reasonable and probable cause of a fraud.
But there is no information about identity of this player.
We will check this complaing tomorrow as the first.
Best regards,

2nd Email I got from them.
Hello everybody,
first of all, I would like to tell that our online casino EuroCasinoBet is the
responsible one. So far we have not had any complaints from the part of our
players regarding the payments. Every payment is treated following our term of
use. Our staff try to do their best to satisfy all customers and their
requests.
Unfortunately, recently we have noticed several fraudulent transactions which
were made in our casino. We have set up the verification process in order to
prevent fraudulent transactions so there is a possibility that some of the
verification process may take several working days.
We are realy sorry if some of our players feel unhappy with the proceeding and
with our services. We would like to ask the unsatisfied player to contact our
customer support in order his/her probleme can progress.
As soon as we know the detailed problem of the player who mentioned the
inconvenient with his/her withdrawal, we will take the necessary step to solve
it.
Best wishes

KasinoKing
Bad grammar alert!
so, have Eurocasinobet actually now payed out to the player?
Past tense of 'to pay' is Paid.
KK - Grammar Nazi! :p
davidpom
KasinoKing, you are of course 100% correct. My grammar was pretty bad in that last posting huh?
It should have read "paid", not "payed". I think I wasn't functioning 100% at the time of writing. :-)
