Dear Shawen,

Thank you for playing at 32 Vegas Casino.

We are processing your withdrawal request. As part of our security
procedure, we ask that you provide a valid photo identification (e.g.
passport, or driver's license) that shows the address currently registered
in your gaming account. If your ID does not show the address registered,
please provide a utility bill or bank statement that shows the correct
address. Please be advised we will still require a copy of the photo ID

Once your ID is legible, it will be placed in a secure file and you
will not be asked to re-send it in the future. Additionally, having your
ID on file will facilitate other adjustments we periodically make to a
players account such as an increase in the deposit limit, upgrading the
VIP level or making any changes in account details that you may
request.

Please fax your documents to: U.S. (toll free) : 1-866-463-9284 or
International: 632-857-2494.

Dear Shawen,

Thank you for accepting our recent promotional offer. Unfortunately, we

fax, or as an email attachment, a copy of some sort of official picture
ID (driver抯 license or passport).

Until we receive this documentation, the requested funds remain in your
gaming account.

Haven't posted this before, but to let you know, i also had an issue with 32vegas back when i registered. I played their signup bonus, and when attempting to withdraw they requested me of the documents. After i sent them i got a reply that i have not met the wagering requirements. (I was absolutely sure i did). The bonus terms at the time allowed some card game wagers , and i completed my wagers on those games. They made me wager additional 8k$ on SLOTS!. By a miracle i did fullfil lthe terms and there were still some funds left to withdraw. After another withdrawal request it took them 2 weeks and several email for them to pay me. They shouldv paid me the first withdrawal for about 1000€.. Oh well atleast got 500€ out of them, which is much more then you did.

That is one of the most rediculous things I have ever read!
What difference does it make where you live - if you have a bank account ANYWHERE funds can be wired to it... Unless of course, you are in the USA - are you?
I presume not as you would not be allowed to play at 32Vegas anyway.

Looks like you've fallen foul of yet another Playtech rip-off casino - nothing new there :(
Saddly about 75% of Playtechs are 'dodgy', and half of them are out & out rogues.
Playtech have their own dispute service - not sure how effective they are, but worth a try...?

Good luck!

When you play at a Playtech casino (and most other online casinos) you should read all their T&C and follow all the bonus wagering requirements. And also, if you are going to receive some winnings from a casino, be ready to provide a lot of information about yourself, photo ID, etc.
Never register with wrong address or wrong names.
There are a lot of cheeters in this industry and casinos have to impose restrictions and worsen their rules on withdrawals.

kavaman
Yeah thats right kevin, but this casino just plain out cheats players and not the other way around.

If we trust casinos and deposit, they have to trust us.
