Been away for 10 days and come back to find this post in Absolute Power lol. You are clever David and even slipped this by my staff, but I sure caught it .

First of all let me address one posters remarks that this is case of feuding forums. It may appear that way to some that are not up to date on what’s going on. I am a bingo watchdog! I watch sites and forums. If I find a bad site, I report it, If I find a bad Forum, that is misleading members and players I have to report that also.

Hmmm that name is familiar! Looking back in the record, you will find this: Cots wrote on 8/22/05 PS. User name changed from "Lee,Betty, Sidney Couch" to Cots. This post put some of the finishing nails in David’s demise back in early sept 05.
I called you on this before but you didn’t answer my question in this forum. If you follow this link to a site David had linked to on his last forum http://bettysmagicneedle.hostrocket.com/ABOUT.html go to the bottom of the page and you will see President Roger Lee Couch Cranks Creek KY.

Turns out Lee Couch is David’s Business Partner or even maybe David himself. So why is his friend being so negative to him? I’m only going through this again, because the record shows David is a lie. Anybody that has followed David’s history know he knows how to manipulate Forums to suite his interests. By his actions, he has taken the focus off of Bingo and Directed it to him.

His Last (newest Forum) was deleted because of complaints he was copying content from other forums. His forum was surviving off of the work of others. His Host looked into this and cancelled him. Well he has surfaced again and has a new forum. But to view and read his forum, you need to register. He thinks if he copies other sites content, behind closed doors he will be safe.

I’m not going to give you the complete URL, but he started a CyaForum web page, We have screen shorts of his Bingo Reporter news. He has ridiculed me and my sites policies, along with OBN. He is passing himself off as me. I have received emails and Pm’s from people that are asking if that’s my site. He is really having fun using the Name Cyalater.

This is an all-time low, but wont last long. I’m finding it hard to believe that his new followers would condone this behavior. The sniping attacks by him and his members, disguised as guests, at our site is one thing, but him pretending to be me is way out of line and I’m sure none of you reading this, would be happy with someone pretending and making fun of you. He has in fact stolen my identity.

I think some of you have to put yourselves in my shoes! Dominique Has a great forum, how would she feel if I start a site called Dominique speaks!!! And made fun of your site? David has shown us this is ez to do. But most of us have integrity and would never entertain that thought

for starters the website you posted was about selling herbs, what does that have to do with bingo ? Even if it is a friend, david, or the pope, it still doesn't prove anything.
secondly and most importantly ! I have the email from the recently shut down forum owners and it says nothing about him doing anything improper at all. It states, too many people have been complaining to them and because it is a free site they do not have the time to be bothered with those continuous claims. that is why it happened. It wasn't open long before "so called" people with "so called concerns of bingo players" harrassed the forum to the point of his demise. Now it wouln't have been at all possible to be some cya cronies would it ? Duh ! Not something he done on his own!
On to your stolen identity, what a crock. If you want to lay blame to that, blame it on your followers who name themselves after you in other forums. It was url given with said purpose.
As for your being gone for 10 days, ok, maybe so. But you still had time to check in make a few post yourself as well. You were on top of things as you always are cya, nobody is fooled a second.
David, has many times tried to bury this ongoing vendetta between the two of you, but you will not let it go. I think the truth lies far deeper than just being mad, it is a means to stop someone who might beat you to the punch on 1 or 2 things. I think, the more the merrier that truly want to help the players in need. You don't have to be the one to get all the credit do you, are you that insecure ? All the nastiness would make anyone wonder what exactly your motive truly is. Let it go, let him do as he pleases as long as he isn't hurting anyone. You gave me the boot yesterday at bpu for speaking the truth, except, I just did it in the wrong area, therefore I was punished. Even though the truth had been proven, it didn't matter, you like control period ! That is why all this rediculous david/cya crap continues. cause you cya want to hurt him, you cya want the last word, you cya, want all the bingo players in need to come to your forum. And if truth were said you would probably try your darndest to have all bingo related forums shut down.

Personally, I am really getting to the point of not believing anyone out there really gives a **** what happens to the bingo player that has a complaint or a simple concern. Oh, one other thing. Due to previous misbehaving "david1000" has been put on the "watch" list meaning that all posts from this user must be moderator approved _before_ they'll appear on the forums.

Early indications are that this person may choose to not post at all in response to this. If so that's their choice because our intention is to moderate not prohibit their posts.

(a) a complaint from "david" immediately followed by
(b) a heated PM from "Crusader" vigorously defending the virtue and pure-heartedness of "david" and then
(c) a rousing defense of "david" from "NORMARAE" (all in caps) hotly followed by
(d) a PM from "david", all in caps and very much in the "NORMARAE" style of illiteracy.
And all this in a short space of time and in the wee hours of the morning. Hmmm?

Is it just me or does anyone else get that feeling that david = Crusader = NORMARAE, or some permutation thereof? Anyone have info on this? If so please post it here. The more public this is the better. And if we have proof of this then the lot of them are on their way to The Doghouse.

Anyway, just to be on the safe side "Crusader" and "NORMARAE" are now on the "watch" list too.

We had 3 posts at our site in the same time frame that stuff happened here. 2 from a guest named Courage and 1 from Guest Voice of Reason. David is banned so he posts under the name Courage. He uses AOL but all 3 posts have the same exact IP. So after ripping at us under courage, he posts the following:

First off I didn't "lie" about you, I was speculating if it were so based of the evidence that keeps poaring into my mail and PM box. The reason David’s post might sound similar to my PM is because I thought because you are making my Private Messages public then he had the right to know what I was sending you, so I sent him a copy of both the PM's I sent you Max. I didn't send the one you sent me however, for the simple reason a PM is a Private Message and should stay that way. There have been many times in your posts max, that you said you got complaints about this person and that person and had them put in the doghouse, but never revealed who you got the messages from or revealed what was in them. OMG this is totally out of hand now, if max leaves Cylaters last post there, then I say there is something very fishy going on here. The only name that was proven to be David in your list is Sirplayalot and the reason for that is he told you so. I have proof he wasn't Whooops and posted it here, but I guess that's not good enough. 1) I repeat, I did not quote from or post the contents of your PM. Since you're in this david mess up to your eyeballs I don't think it was out of line to indicate that your were continuing that campaign offline.

2) I spelled out what was going in the forum because it was directly relevant to the problem at hand here and, frankly, I wanted a little help from the readers in nailing this thing down. Since we're talking about spoofed identities, fake "support" posts and sneaky rubbish like that I thought it best that people reading this (are there any? I'm beginning to seriously doubt that) know what they're dealing with.

The bottom line is that we're dealing with a situation where there is a VERY good chance that one or more of our members are trying to lie to and deceive the general readership through the use of these fake posts and login names. In other words they're trying to use their anonymity to manipulate the rest of us. Seemed to me that the fastest track to solving that problem was exposing it in it's entirety. Still seems like a good idea if you ask me.

Basically it's the tail end of a dust-up between david and what appear to be a number of his fake identities on one side and pretty much C8 on the other over some complicated bingo site business that I never really understood in the first place.

I got involved because david was flagrantly breaking our wol_rules_and_policies, first by copying in material from other boards and being abusive, then by inviting our members to take our discussions elsewhere and finally for spoofing user identities in order to post messages of "support" for himself (or so it would appear).

I put david on the "watch" list, meaning his posts would be moderated, and asked for input from the users on his history of using fake user names. He responded my launching an email and PM campaign against me, largely using said faked names, so I finally banned him when I dug up proof of his faked user names.

Basically thats the end of the story, for now. Regardless of where the thing started in the end it was like BingoT said, a soap opera.

I thought this was over? I guess the people can't read the whole thread so you felt the need to go over it all again. I sure would like to see that so called proof of spoof names. :thumbsdn:

Many have done it, even your buddy Cyalater. As a matter of fact I just checked the rules and regs for this forum, and could not find it anywhere about not allowing quotes from other forums. It's no big deal to quote a little here and there. It is a big deal to do A LOT of it, especially after you've been warned not to.

See the little "All rights reserved" tag at the bottom of this and every other page on the site? Most sites have them for the same reason we do. They're laying copyright claim to their material. Whether that would stand up in a court of law is beside the point. The point is that the lawyers say it's the right thing to do in order to defend ourselves from wholesale theft of our material so that's what we do. If you disagree call the legal department.

You seem to be working under the mistaken impression that things you would or would not like to see happen here are of interest to us. They are not. If you were a member in good standing of course they would but you are on the "watch" list because you're one step away from getting banned yourself. Why? Because there is very good reason to believe that _you_ are in violation of our wol_rules_and_policies. If there was concrete proof you'd already be gone.

To date your sole purpose here seems to be to stir up the "david" issue and then complain that the "david" issue hasn't gone away. I suggest you find something else to do. We've made our decisions about this and that's final. There's no need for us to justify our decisions to you or explain over and over again why we've made those decisions. It's clear, it's here in black and white and it's done. If you don't like it that's fine but you'll have to find somewhere else to post if you want to keep harping on it.

You don't own the content, you don't have a right to behave in any way you like - the owner can toss you out the door anytime.

A forum is like a social gathering, a party. If you show up with flowers or wine or some other gift (in this case useful posts) the host will likely welcome you with open arms. If you show up and pick fights with other guests or steal (content) or otherwise spoil the party you will likely be tossed out the door.

Forums like posters and don't normaly try to run them off. Posters are the lifeblood of a forum.

If you find yourself persona nongrata you need to have a good look at yourself and see if you did something wrong or if you just tried to dance at the wrong party.

I think I remember David as saying he uses AOL, with AOL any user using it comes up as having the same IP address, and I think I read someplace that IBeenthere uses AOL as well. So, if this is indeed true then anyone on this forum using AOL is David then LMFAO!!
