The graphics are terrible. Everything is slow. But, when I didn't get my deposit bonus after 24 hours, I called. They said "you have to send an email before you start playing." I told them that I sent it, and they said they never got it! They saw that I deposited and played - but because they never got my email, I can't have the deposit bonus.

Not one you want to visit.

Welcome to the board, yankee. In my experience and I am not alone, 32 Red is one of the best casinos out there. I suggest you send a private message to the manager, Ed Ware, if you are unable to sort out your problem.

I am agree 32red is one of best out there.I can count people who dont like there with my fingers..try to contact them again.

Welcome to the forum yankee. Dont worry, 32 red has one of the best support around. No other casino would even bother to investigate your request after you start playing when it is stated clearly in the terms that u should not play until u get your bonus.
U r lucky u tried 32 red in this respect.
Good luck in your future bets as well.

(and the graphics-speed are the same great quality with all MG viper casinos. No complaints about that generally. Perhaps u have installed the previous version eg. from a cd. Check their site for the new one)

I agree. From the experince I have had with 32red they are one of the few good casinos out there

On http://www.32red.com/welcome_bonus_slots.php it it stated very clear that you have to send e-mail and receive bonus before you start playing. "Players must claim and receive their "Slots Only" bonus before they start playing with their initial deposit. Requests for this welcome bonus once players have started wagering their initial deposit will be refused."

If you do not read the T&C's then you only have yourself to blame...

I can only assume if he wouldn't have had any problems with his bonus that the graphics would have been better and the site speed would have been fine.

Completely agree. As with regards design of the site and the skin used for the casino client. I think it is one of the classier ones. :thumbsup:

Have to agree- jooined this group little over a week ago- deposited played and won and my money was in my neteller acct in less than 48hrs despite being first cashin.

CR response is also very fast
