New users are not able to use the signature feature. We've had too many cases of people registering simply to use their sigs as a spam tool.

Once you've become a full member then you'll have access to the sig feature. You will automatically become a full member after the initial "wait" period expires.

"One year"!?! Where did you get that idea from? 30 days is typical, unless we decide otherwise. It is occassionally necessary to keep an eye on some users for a longer period.
