Bethug - this is their standard email they are sending out to all inquiries. I saw on another site that they haven't been paying any sportsbook accounts and those trying to get answers have been emailed this response word-for-word, basically over the last month.
Hopefully there are very people playing with this outfit.
I guess if you have, post your info in this thread and maybe WinnerOnline can help out, but it is discouraging that places like these FutureBet operations continue to bottomfeed and hurt the industry.

It is interesting in the email they've been sending out they say they don't control the operations for their licensees, but Nick from casino penthouse states the opposite, saying they aren't able to pay people becuase Futurebet controls the payouts.

I know for a fact furturebet controls the payouts. I just want to get all the names to see what they will say, and see if we can see if they would lie.

CAP has banned Futurebet and anyone who promotes them because they don't pay players or affiliates.

Futurebet is the only place completely banned there for bad practices.

If you are planning on becoming a licencee - think twice. Affiliates will not promote you. On your own, you will fail and lose all your money in the process if you are trying to be fair. And you will not be allowed to even mention your casino at CAP.

Then again, I suppose you know where to go to find affiliates who will promote anything...

Every player from our Casino has been paid out already and we do not have any pending withdrawals.

As for affiliates futurebet does not handle payments to affiliates, the Casino does. We have had no complaints with our affiliates and everyone has been paid according to our payment schedule.

Your casino need to be able to make payments ontime 95% of the time to even for any one to trust them.

Furtbet casinos in the pass has had to many complaints. there complaints on sportsbookreview about slow pays.

You need to get the other licencees, to come together and get furtbet to keep is word in 24 hour payments with out making false statements.

Cap is just a message board, it doesn't make decisions.

Futurebet got banned because of the many problems encountered and the lack of responsiveness.

Cap is not a watchdog of any kind, although CAP does try to help affiliates get paid.

CAP is not an association. It has no governing body. It doesn't decide industry matters. CAP is pretty much like a WOL for affiliates - it just provides a platform for the exchange of information.

That said, I haven't heard anyone at CAP approve of GFED's conduct, and the statements by GFED and players are there for everyone to read.

I love cap, but any webmaster put them on there site should be sued.
