The Law of the Third says: Single and double zeroes aside, for every 36 spins of the wheel on AVERAGE ONLY 24 different numbers will show-up while the others (remaining 12) will not. This means the same numbers will repeat themselves. But how is this applied to roulett gambling I am unsure??? :(

Unfortunately you cannot use it to predict which numbers will repeat.

You see that you have the peak point at 24 numbers. Meaning, that the average amount of numbers showing up within 37 spins is 24 different numbers. That is not something special for 37 spins, it also applys to dice or anything else and is all a matter of probabilitys.

Its hard to explain, but if you compare the % size of the fractions outside the # 24, you will be able to see that it all adds up and there is no advantage.

This is just a natural phenomenon not specific to just roulette.

Look, The less numbers left to hit, the more chance there is of hitting a number already spun. This becomes more common at about 20 spins because you have a greater chance of hitting a repeat number when they outnumber the hit numbers.
This is not a system it's fools math

Look it this way,
After 12 numbers out next spin ball has chance to hit one of that 12 numbers
12/37. If hits one of repeated numbers then next spins chance is again 12/37. If this time hits new number for next spin chance that number will repeat is 13/37.
If you add all chances from start you will come to about 13 numbers that will repeat within 37 spins. It means nothing more than that every spin is independent and that ball has same chance to hit any number. Often people misinterpret it believing or trying to make others to believe that they can get advantage of that. Truth is that they can not because they will never know when number will repeat or which one.
In previous example if we place bets on 12 numbers waiting that one of that number will repeat we would need to place 12 chips. If there is 36 numbers on the wheel we would hit every third time, win 36 chips. But we would play 3x12 =36. Wheel has 37 numbers and that is where casinos advantage is. If we are on spin 35 and only 22 new numbers are out it does not mean that next 2 spins must be new numbers so that total become 24. This time total can be 23 or 22 numbers out.
In all of that, interesting is how so simple law of chances can be misinterpreted. The low of the third is only proving that roulette has no memory. And that any occasion that happens before is meaningless for the future outcome.
