What do we ask for in return?

Not much really, we expect you to give us a valid email address so if and when the time comes for some union action, we have a way of letting you know. The main union action we can take is a strike. A strike is begun with a union member requesting a petition filed with the union boss (me) and or the union president (Damian). The petition will be reviewed, discussed and voted upon.
