Ah but that depends on who says it's resolved, or if there are any unresolved things that could be resolved and should be resolved before we say it's resolved because if you say it's resolved before it's all resolved then someone might miss the unresolved things and think that everything is already resolved but they're not ... resolved. Have we resolved that?

well if six of us could get in here - we would have a quorum and then we could pass a resolution. I suspect that would resolve nothing though.
