View Thread : Hey Cryptologic, It’s Time to Adjust the “Odds” Dial!
SantosCruz
Hey Cryptologic:
Maybe someone bumped the dial and accidentally knocked the gaff out of whack? I don’t know, but, I do know the shenanigans with your blackjack game are getting a little obvious.
Here’s a hint, if you’re going to go this route, you should be a little more subtle. The incessant small cards on doubled hands tend to give you away (amongst other things).
Just don’t get comfortable and think you’ve fooled everyone. You haven’t. It’s time to do the right thing.
Have a nice day.

You are not alone in this regard.
But I think they are better than Cherry Casino.

They are still a paradise compared to Virtual and Prism though... :p

Wow, accusations against Cryptologic, Netgaming and RTG in the same thread. Do any of you have ANY proof?
After 3 years of playing online I believe Crypto to be more or less fair and except for my extreme session with Pontoon I´ve found RTG fair too. Can´t say for Netgaming, but I would be very surprised if the run rigged games, they are a reputable listed Swedish company.

the memory we have in our brains is the proof
Miamivce
Got that right, BL. My proof is over a years worth of deposits (about $50-$100 every 1-2 weeks) without getting a balance up to a point where I'd ask for a payout. I even have more proof - at the Sands and Intercasino, you could see the same thing happening to others.
I couldn't believe it when I cashed out several times after switching to a casino were the cheating wasn't so bad (if they cheated at all?) and dumped those BIG, better known clipjoints. BTW the casinos where my "luck" changed were RTG and a proprietary software house.

Ok, so we've got smart-mouthed, sarcastic accusations with no proof and no corroborating material. Looks like a rant to me and rants go in THE RIGHT ANSWER. Moved thereto.

Max Drayman.

At the risk of actually providing evidence,
yet again, results of 5,271 hands at Intercasino follow:
W/L/T=2258/2540/473 or 42.84%/48.19%/8.97%
Number of BJ's (not counting tied BJ's)=251 or 4.76%
526 hands were doubled (9.98% of all hands) going 284/210/32 or 53.99%/39.92%/6.08%
If I had bet $1/hand, I'd be down $82.50 or two-thirds of one SD.
Sorry to rain on your imagined parade but there's nothing wrong here.
eek
I tried the Littlewoods place when it opened up in the IOM and it felt exactly the same as the unregulated, better known cryptos.
There was no multiplayer at the time, just the player/dealer BJ.
My balance was gradually ground down etc etc.
It might be that the game is set up to be really tight.
For myself, I've never seen much variance in crypto places for a player, at BJ, the dealer seems to get a bit though.
The bottom line is if you dont like it, dont play there, theres plenty other places/software.

I've had great experiences with cryto...seems fair to me
I'm guessing your've just had bad experiences. They happen.

Crypto BJ is fair.

Now that I think about it, I HAVE NEVER WON A PENNY AT INTER CASINO. Despite the fact that they got match bonus every month!

Me too. So true. Not just BJ, it's so hard to be up in Baccarat. Something not right there. Beware.

My experience with Sands (Crypto) not good but only tried one time.
With Omni (Crypto) not good. But then I was ahead after the first deposit, did NOT cash in, and let it ride the second deposit/Bonus and lost it all as well as lost the third deposit/bonus. My fault so will try a fourth.
InterCasino good results so far. 4 Months so far tried. Deposit $315 and cash in $820. The second deposit/bonus was ahead and ended up losing it all (AFTER WR I continued playing quite a few hands and watched it disappear). 3 of the months ended up stopping while a winner and received a cashin. Left money in so could play "Break the Bank" :). Theres a sucker bet for sure but the price is okay.

Ahh, maybe finally I found why Wave hates me. Probably he's made accusations about Cryptos fairness without providing any evidence and I've commented. Must be the case.
Follow Claymans example! Collect DATA, DATA and more DATA if you want to accuse casinos of cheating. Otherwise it's totally pointless.

I vote KX the most clueless, if not most disgusting, member of WOL. Never had he the ability to grasp & argue with a main point.
He's a real nowhere man, sitting in his nowhere land, making all his nowhere points for noboby....
Mr J
When someone experiences a bad result, they post it up to see the reactions of others. Most of the replies will be of similiar experiences, creating a very negative thread. As a result, people start to think there's something wrong with the software.
I've played Crypto quite a bit, and I like the software. The trends are massive, but I think they balance out over time. You should be happy that Intercasino gives out a monthly bonus like that.

Had $60 bonus money when the I had $60 WR left. Felt the multiplayer game was slow so turned to private table. Lost 6 $5 bets in a row, then lost 3 $10 bets. Broke-even when I completed the WR, just like every other month. How nice.
Yes fair casino, fair fair fair fair...
Mr J
My results have been fair.
I've had terrible runs at casino's...
People seem to think the game is rigged for a few reasons
1. It seems very streaky:
a)Because it is.
b)Because you play at a much greater speed, giving a feeling of greater fluctuation
2. It seems rigged because:
a) Some are.
b) Trends seem much larger and more frequent
c) Due to these freqent trends, players bust more frequently, and therefore quite often do not survive to see the high side.
The only disgusting results I have experienced are the only 2 sessions I played on iGlobalMedia. Different casino's, one had a 150-170 unit loss, the other lost 100 units before I cashed out (lucky to get any of my deposit).
Sure, I've had bad experiences on other software, but nothing that would lead me to the conclusion that it is rigged (the 2 iGlobals are the only 2 I've ever lost, besides one where I met the WR, but realised I couldn't bet on BJ, so threw it away).
MC Ren
Played DB Video Poker with this month's bonus at Inter.
1277 hands, 1 4OAK .....bust.
Man, I really wish they would send me my logs....but they refuse. And just why do I have to re-install Intercasino every month and a half.....and why have I been unable to save anything that I try to copy from my play log into word so I can try to keep track.
Who knows?
BTW....Intercasino......the casino that can give out the most money to buy "The Best Casino on the Interbet Award."
Lame.
magnate
Well did not have a good session with inter this month for sure.
I ended up broke and had 10 runs of only singles (never did get even a double) and Inter did not have a single and several runs of 3 and 4. Also inter had 3 doubles to my none. They had 4 BJ to my 1
I wagered more than I would have normally and they took advantage of it winning over 80 percent.
I can only play the private java games as for some reason can watch the tables but cant join them without being knocked out. This was worst experience so far for me. It sure seemed strange.

Magnate, try going into options and turn off sound. that helped me.

I have sound off (dont often use my speakers). I have to use java on all crypto sites if I wish to play instead of watch. And with Microgaming I have to either already have the casino on my desktop or else cant use their DL version (have to use flash instead) as computer freezes with either new registration or changing accounts from fun to real or reversed.
I think the problem is in my registry but dont know how to get in it to see what is there and maybe edit those casinos I have deleleted. Currently using ME with p4 intel motherboard.
Mr J
I don't think it is rigged. I've always cashed out more than my deposit (and often, more than the bonus).
You should be glad that a casino is offering $80/month.
kavaman
Omni signup bonus:depositted 100 cashed out 500$ blackjack 10$ bets.
Intercasino:monthly bonus. Won 6 months in a row now, playing blackjack, about 1000$ in all.
Carsands:200 cashed out from the signup bonus.
Williamhill :Despite of the terrible 1200$ wagering requirements, i was lucky and cashed 200 from the 40$ deposit.
Vipcasino:depositted 30 got 30 of bonus. Betted 60$ in my first hand. Got to 120$ then played the rest with 10$ bets, cashed out 250$.
Seems fair to me.

Bethug
William hill and intercasino , have fair black jack games.

Same software different places. No matter.
All the same.

I think if bonus is involved, Cryto BJ pays around 80%.

I generally disagree with the bulk of users in here re: Crypto.
I haven't done the maths (nice work Clayman) but I reckon they are pretty fair. All these people talking about losing, you rarely see people talking about how well they are doing - perhaps it's a 'wanting to keep things secret' type mentality - If I'm doing well I won't tell people in case they rain on my parade.
Anyway I have done well in William Hill and Intercasino ($) but Littlewoods have taken me to the cleaners! Casino gambling is not really a game of luck it's a game of certainty - they ALWAYS win eventually.
I agree with Clay - Crypto is a quality product and they do run a fair game.
Think about the maths that Clay did, throw in some monthly match bonuses and before long you are VERY close to break even..and there's just a chance you might go large!
