View Thread : I stopped playing online..

This forum has less traffic so I hope max won't blame me for wasting his space. :)
The reasons can be found on other posts. I just decided to quite it a month earlier.
I made the decision on last weekend so I've been clean for the past 3 days. Suddenly I have more energy and free time in my life!
I slept more, dine out in near by cafe and chatted with my neighbors that I don't even know. This is the kinda of life I want. ;)
Sometimes when I passed the mall and find something expansive I want, that's when I have the "urge" for extra cash. Beyond that I am totally fine with everything now.
In the meanwhile I'll still check the board from time to time and write my feedbacks. Waiting for my simulation to come out is waaay too boring you know.
If I can do it, you can do it, too. :D

Good luck.

Too bad you'll miss out on the 4000/800 play 12000 deal I started today :)

Good luck to you, freebie.

Clayman, what casino is it, can you please tell me!?

freebie,
I hope you find out more about those neighbours, i am sure they have something interesting to tell you. :D
I am sure you lost a big one and you came to this decision? Wait till next month when all the monthly bonuses renew...well if you really wanna quit, use your left hand to break your right hand, then ask somebody to break your left hand for you...wait...you dont happen to have webbed toes do you?...they work great with your mouse.

Actually I was pretty lucky these days.
April alone I got around $300 before I quit. Not much but I can't considered it a "loose" ;)
It's something else that triggered my decision, the extra work, boredom, isolation, guilty feeling etc.
I thought April would be my last month to play so I played a lot in order to get extra cash. Eventually I felt totally burned out last weekend. Truth is if I don't need the extra cash, why should I play?
So I quit.
BTW I havn't used any of the monthly bonus yet. Uninstalling all of the casinos is much more relaxing than playing those bonus :D
Nope I don't need to cut off any of my limbs.

Nonsense - we all know it's your beautiful bride-to-be :)

BL - it was by e-mail invitation only so, if you didn't get it, it doesn't matter.

freebie,
Do you still go to land casinos? Better watch it on that too!! An itch is an itch, so don't scratch.

Wish you well, my friend.

AS a matter of fact, I just visited a nearby land based casino last weekend, see here:

Luckily it was not a good experience. I don't think I'll visit there anymore. :D
Now I don't even play in fun mode.
Last time I talked to my GF, we found out we only have $45 per day for entertainment after we get married. Right now that's the main "itch" but I'll come out allright with her support. :)
In the mean time, I'll continue to watch the online gambling business. I hope I can contribute something as a watcher, not a player. That way my view won't be too bias. Ultimately, I wish you all the best and hopefully someday everyone will get a job or life they enjoy and quite gambling for good.

$45/ day for entertainment is not bad at all!

The strategy is clear - play a 90/90 every other day and next month you have $90/day :)
