I hate the GF bonuses...ALL OF THEM. I even TOLD Victor I hated them. It doesnt mean I can't support them if they have good customer service. You KNOW I've always hated their bonus structure. I've even emailed Victor and told him that. It has NOTHING to do with YOUR casino, as I was mearly pointing out the bonus. I've won at GF casinos and there are GOOD and BAD ones out there. I didnt mention ITS LAS VEGAS BABY once!!!!

I'll have to go with NONE because the Royal Flush function is switched off at ALL Gambling Federation casinos. Please refer to an old Casino Meister article in which two people posing as possible buyers ask about the back end at these casinos. Just search the site, you'll find it. It was about a year or so ago.

Glad2BeHere, I can only post what I know. I do not have any access to the back end. Anybody can say anything on a message board, and they do everyday.

This is in regard to the bonus as quoted by a regular here last week.

"I gave "it's lasvegas baby" a try (gambling federation). Their bonus structure is quite different. I think it's more like a generous cash back policy."

I think many people just don't understand it.
As far as a better bonus, I have no control over that. We have weekly bonuses and also 10 % on Tuesday.

I think it is more impotant to know you will get paid in a timely manner, than a big bonus and then not get paid.

The only negative I can say about them is their spamming affiliates and the way they present them selves. That is against the rules and I have reported many, many, over the last 1 1/2 years. Any board that I post on, I am a respected member in good standing.

Hey ron, i feel for u. Even though i am an impartial observer it is obvious that VegasGirl and Glad2BeHere are here to slam you for whatever reason.

Anyway, even though i dont really care much for GF sites, whether it be LasVegasBaby or any other one (like TopCasino), I will say you have stayed on this board and answered peoples questions honestly with no BS and i admire that.

IMO you dont deserve these obvious phonies dissing your site no matter their motives.

Thanks for the kind words, slotski. I have been around the boards for quite a while. I have had my own board for about 3 + years. There are about 7 ezboards that I can post on above any other Gambling Fed partner, because I have always been as upfront as I can be about answering players questions.

That is what I have built my business on. I attended the Vancouver Conference last October and paid for it myself, just to get a better understanding of the people that run the business.

I really believe they are honest people.

Thank you for explaining. I'm not here to slam ANYONE. I'll try your casino. I'd much rather have excellent customer service as well, but a nice bonus would lure me there too. Is there any possibility of doing a 100% bonus for WOL members in the future, Ron? If I know I'll get paid, I won't mind wager requirements.

In the 1 1/2 years with G F I haven't ever had a player that didn't get paid.

I will ask management about the bonus for you, good idea. I just asked 2 weeks ago about it and was told no. BUT here is the thing also. We have NO WR whatsoever.
So, even with a 20% bonus if you win, you can take your cash and run. When you have to meet W R's the chance of cashing out are very small unless you get real lucky. Most every weekend we have a 10-15 % bonus, and Tuesday is a 10% bonus also. You also get a comp the following week.

Maybe we can offer something better.

But can you explain. I'm not too familiar with how GF works. You own the casino and they TELL you what you can offer YOUR players?
Just so I understand, because with RTG, it's all the same software but all the casinos have different promotions, so why doesn't GF have that same agenda?

Why have so many casinos then if in fact, they are all really the same?
You seem like a good guy though. Good about the Wagering Requirements too, but I need the bankroll. I never have a problem with the wagering. 10-15 percent bonuses don't entice me enough, unfortunately.:-(

The way it works is like this. My only responsibility is promoting the casino, like other affialiate programs. The difference is I can host the site,(not the servers) have the choice of what the site looks like and recieve comissions for the players that I recruit. I take it one step further and do as much customer service as I can. I ask every new player to contact me directly if they need help, and I personally do whatever is needed to resolve the question or problem.

When it comes to pay out %'s and such I have no control. I suppose if I wanted to give free money away I could, but then I wouldn't be in a good position to make any profits. I only make a percentage, not all of the deposits do I get to keep. I do run my own contests and some promotions at a few boards.

In my case it is the personal service that I provide that makes the difference.

I am just asking because I don't see her bashing you personally. She said she didn't like the bonus and that is clear, but to post this at another board because you're upset is not professional for a casino "owner". I was really disappointed.
