through CasinoSeller; they are part of our affiliate program. The company I
represent World Gaming, offers full turnkey casino products. We offer
on-line Java Casino Games, Downloadable Casino Games, Sports Betting,
Pari-Mutuel, and Lottery/'Bingo Games. World Gaming hosts the application
and offers all the managerial tools to successfully run and operate a
casino. We help develop the web site, provide the hosting facilities, offer

There are two distinct packages that are offered.

The first is a Full Licensee. This requires a client to get a Gaming
License and incorporate in a legal jurisdiction (Antigua or Curacao). We
obvious help with all the administrative work and the filing of the license.
This program, is much more lucrative for our clients. Although the upfront
fees are more ($75,000 to $250,000), the Royalty Fees (The fee we charge on
the backend for managing and maintaining the casino) are much less (25%
starting).

The other program is referred to as a sub-licensee. The advantage of this
program is that there is less money need upfront (approximately $40,000),
and no Gaming License. A sub-licensee would sign up through an existing
licensee, thus no need for the licensee. They would pay a small upfront for
the product license and web site design. The disadvantage is that you get
less on the back end. Traditionally the Royalty Fees for a sub-licensee are
doubled with no sliding scale.
